LOCATION

On  the ocean front at Point Village, Negril, between Grand Lido Hotel and Hotel Hedonism II.

Units numbered 113 and 114 in the best located section of this development of several small condominium buildings.

55 miles, (88 km) from Montego Bay airport, along picturesque road.

We offer transfers between the airport and Carib; however if you are making your own way, or using public transport, ask for Point Village, Negril.

At Rutland Point is a group of several dozen apartments dispersed over 14 acres.  They are privately owned and some of the owners reside there.  Some are used as hotel rooms for “Point Village Hotel” whilst several are available for weekly (or longer) tourist rentals.

The Carib Beach Apartments Negril accommodation is well away from the central hotel facilities and is in the best location, being beachfront, with direct frontal views to the beach.   Only lawn and gardens and a footpath are between the apartments and the ocean.

The coastline is made up of sandy coves and rocky headlands.  One of the sandy coves is available for nude sunbathing; the others require at least the bottom half of any swimsuit.

There are three restaurants and bars, along with tennis court, hot tub and swimming pool.  A boutique and shops for necessities and souvenirs are on site.

Supermarkets are ten minutes away by taxi, but there are other, smaller, shops nearer.

The uninhabited island of Booby Cay is just a 5 to 15 minutes swim away, with its own sandy beaches.  Get there early and have the whole island to yourselves.

DEPOSITS ON BOOKING

We ask for 50% (or 25% if the booking is made many months in advance, with 25% later, or $100 if made during a current visit). Deposits are usually paid by Visa,  Mastercard, Eurocard, Delta, JCB or American Express. The balance is usually paid by the same means 7 days prior to arrival date. Money Orders and Cashier's Cheques are equally acceptable. Personal cheques are accepted only if received at least 10 weeks in advance because it takes a long time for clearance.  Full refunds are made for cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival date; for later cancellations refunds depend upon our ability to find other guests.
