Gym, Yoga

Keep in shape with our outdoor gym. We have weights and a couple of machines for you to use at any time.

If Yoga is more to your liking, then you can walk to the Negril Yoga Centre which offers group and private classes.

Reggae Marathon & Half Marathon & 10k

For those who enjoy running, the Negril Reggae Marathon & Half Marathon & 10k take place in early December. You can participate in any way you choose - by running the race or by cheering the runners on as they pass by our gate on the way to a happy finish.

During the rest of the year, take a run on the 7 mile beach and finish with a rejuvenating swim in the sea.
