If you are not ENTIRELY SATISFIED and wish to leave after your first night, we will REFUND ALL the money paid for your accommodation, including that for the first night.

Applicable conditions: Make your reservation for 7 to 14 nights and pay before arrival. No refund for purchases made after arrival or for taxis or services not provided by Secrets or Firefly. Let us know by 11 a.m. after your first night that you are leaving by 2 p.m. We will make up to 2 phone calls for you to other accommodation providers in Negril, if you wish.

Discounted Low-season Rates

In the low season we have periods when our already low rates are discounted.  These correspond to times of low bookings and are typically from June to October but are variable.  Please email or phone for our best rates.

Monthly Prizes

A monthly prize, valued up to US$476 for Secrets guests, is offered for all our guests to try for.* We will use your check-in registration card number and each month at a Firefly beach party another guest will draw one number from the registration card numbers of the previous 12 months. You will remain in the draw for a year, giving twelve winning opportunities. This period will be extended if you visit us again as a paid guest during this period. The monthly prize is a week's accommodation at Secrets (or Firefly or Carib for their guests) for the same number of persons as represented by the registration card. The first name on the winning registration card will be the winner; other persons on the same card may be included as guests of the winner. Prizewinners will be shown on our prize-winners page.

* A stay of over 3 nights is required to be eligible to be entered in the draw. Meals, transport and watersports are not included in any prize. Also eligible to win the prizes will be guests of Firefly Beach Cottages and Carib Beach Apts. Secrets guests are invited to Firefly’s weekly beach parties, usually held on Tuesdays from sunset.

WINNERS will be notified only by notice on the website www.jamaicalink.com or by our newsletter, and prizes must be acknowledged within six weeks of publication. Prizes are to be taken from May to mid-December. Prizes may be transferred to friends. Interpretation of these rules is the prerogative of Firefly.
